Love to study the way things work? Students ages 10 & up are invited to join retired UVM technician Jan Schwarz to get an up close look at how the heart muscle, circulatory system, lungs and GI systems function. Jan provides an amazing learning opportunity using organs from farm animals provided by local butchers, to give us an understanding of and appreciation for the amazing bodily systems that fuel life.
