Every three years the library trustees and director develop a new strategic plan to make sure the library is meeting the needs of Shelburne residents to the fullest extent possible.  The 2021-2024 Strategic Plan seeks to leverage the expanded space of the new library to provide more programs, meetings, and services to the community.

The Library also maintains and updates policies regularly to keep the library functioning properly and make sure all residents have a great experience learning, gathering, and celebrating community at the Pierson!
