Join us for a presentation that’s equal parts informative and charming! David Boucher, vice president of the Shelburne Historical Society and former manager of Gardener’s Supply, comes to us with a conversation about a different type of weeding: your stuff! Ah, the attic, ever the repository of forgotten relics and whatsits. As we, in our individual journeys as downsizers and minimizers, seek to cull our lifetimes (and parents’ lifetimes, and parents’ parents’ lifetimes, etc.) of accumulated belongings, one question is ever begged into our quivering ears: “Yeah, but what’s the historical value of all this?” Well, if there’s one feller who can tell us, it’s David Boucher!
