What do you really know about drag? Join us for an exciting (and enlightening) evening as the Pierson Library proudly presents a special performance featuring two incredible Vermont drag artists: Rhedd Rhumm and Miss Chekova. More than just glitter and glam, drag is a rich and expressive art form rooted in self-expression, creativity, and community. This event aims to demystify drag and invite our community to see the performers not only as entertainers, but as artists and individuals. Following the performance, stay for an open and respectful Q&A session with these artists, plus Katniss Everqueer, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions, hear personal stories, and learn about the history, purpose, and power of drag in today’s world. Whether you’re a longtime fan or simply curious, come with an open mind and leave with a new perspective!
