Adventure and a tasty good time await the culinarily curious this Tuesday at our tamale making workshop with Viva El Sabor! Viva El Sabor is a collective of Spanish-speaking chefs driven by a passion for authentic Mexican and Guatemalan cuisine, cultural exchange and economic empowerment. They bring the rich flavors of Central America to Vermont! Tamales, for the uninitiated, are those muy delicioso meat, veggie or cheese-filled corn-masa delicacies!
