Lectures from History: The Siege of Moses Pierson Blockhouse

In 1778, a skirmish took place between a small force of colonists and a British raiding party in Shelburne, VT. Known as the Battle of Pierson’s Blockhouse, the battle caused the death of Barnabus Barnum, one of the original Green Mountain Boys.
