Join Connor Lin Frost\, long-time Mandarin teacher\, heritage speaker\, and Shelburne resident for a 6-part series where you’ll explore the most commonly used words and phrases in Mandarin to navigate through life’s most crucial scenarios! You’ll learn how to introduce yourself and your pet\, order food\, and buy clothing\, to name a few. You’ll even try your hand at a few Chinese characters\, written the right way with the correct stroke order. These workshops are designed to build upon one another\, so an ability to attend all will yield maximum effect; however\, the material is organized in such a way that anyone can drop in for a class at any time and pick up something.
