DESCRIPTION:The Pierson Library and the Shelburne Tree Committee invite you to celebrate your appreciation of trees by photographing your favorite tree in town and sharing it with us during the month of May. Simply take a photo of your tree and email it (JPG format) to Jasper at the Pierson Library (Joliver@shelburnevt.org) with the subject line\, “My Favorite Tree in Shelburne.” In your email\, please include your name and\, and if you’re under 18\, your age. Also\, add a brief description of the tree’s location along with a caption explaining why the tree is meaningful to you. If you’re unable to email your photo\, physical copies may be dropped off at the library. Selected tree photos and descriptions will be displayed in the library for the community to enjoy. \n

These workshops are designed to build upon one another\, so an ability to attend all will yield maximum effect; however\, the material is organized in such a way that anyone can drop in for a class at any time and pick up something.
