DESCRIPTION:The Exhibitionists are back with another great book club series pairing wonderful books with exhibits currently on display at Shelburne Museum. This August we’re pairing Carrie Brownstein’s rock ‘n’ roll memoir\, Hunger Makes Me a Modern Girl (copies available at the library’s front desk)\, with the museum’s exhibit of Higher Ground gig posters: Sound\, Art\, and Ink. To get the full experience\, book club members are invited on a free guided tour of the exhibit at the Pizzagalli Gallery with Kat Redniss. Sign up with the book and meet at the Shelburne Museum entrance for this exciting free art tour!
